I believe in giving back when a company takes care of me. Alpha Warranty was very friendly and took the time to explain what my alpha warranty covered.
I used the roadside assistance just the other day. I was far away from my pregnant wife and she got a flat tire. I called them and they had a tow truck driver replace her flat tire with a spare within the hour. It made me feel good knowing they took care of my family when I wasn't nearby.
