Recenly experienced a problem with security gate to our Sentry managed community not consistently opening. This occurred over the weekend. Our HOA President was out of town, so as a Board Member I contacted our Sentry office. Within an hour our Community Manager returned my call and told me the gate had a short and the electrical contractor had already corrected the problem! I was so impressed. This is but one of many examples of the level of customer service we receive from Sentry. Great Work!
