I agree with the previous posters about Cindy and her staff always complaining about their business and about other professionals in the city. It is totally unprofessional to speak ill about others in your profession to your clients as you giving them their treatment. They did groupon and made it very clear they only did it so they could tack on more charges, etc. when you are done with your services. I had laser hair removal and had over the amount that is normally needed and I still have hair! I'm thinking that the machines are turned down so they don't remove all the hair so you will come back and pay for the extra services.
My appointments were cancelled or moved numerous times because Cindy could't make it in the office. This after making the appointments weeks in advance.
If you do groupon, that's great but you need to have the right attitude about it and customers don't want to hear complaints about money, customers, other doctors, etc.
