Called Roto-rooters and Keith(4589), the plumber, came out the same day to our St. Louis home. I received a phone call that he was on his way. He was courteous and professional, explained what he was doing when fixing the toilet. He provided me with an explaination and all of the paperwork. I could not have been more pleased and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
