We had two chairs reupholstered. We were told it would take 7-10 business days; it took 3 day, which turned out not to be a good thing. The backs of the chairs were not upholstered correctly. When we tried to talk to Marvin Ankele about our concerns, he just keep saying ""I don't understand"". Finally he said he fixed the problem, but he didn't. Then we started all over again with the ""I don' understand"". We finally just gave up and have to live with the poor quality work.
