Recently my sister and I wandered into Bin after having our hair cut at a salon across the street. After getting over the shock of the prices (is any steak really worth $90?) we ordered two glasses of wine, two appetizers and a side of brussel sprouts (apparently the last ones since the table near us ordering next was denied the elusive brussels ... the waiter informed them that they were out which was odd since we got there within 30 minutes of their opening). I will admit to having the best brussel sprouts of my life but the rest of the food fell short with scallops that were unbearably salty and sliders that were charred beyond recognition on a dry brioche bun ... the goat cheese was the only thing that made them edible! The wait staff was stiff, pretentious and condescending with no sense of humor. Next time I'll just order the brussels to go (well ahead of course in case they run out). Overall .... not impressed
