Worthington Towers on High St., is an outdated complex. Repairs are not done timely or well. Elevators were out of service for over four months! And yet Ebner Properties continued to advertise their vacancies with ""Senior Discounts"" .
Unacceptable, especially since majority of the tenants are elderly and had difficulty in walking/taking stairs. It took a major TV station to call attention to this situation.
Office staff is not helpful or friendly.
The property has good features: pool, storage locker off street parking, secured front entrance.
But when it comes to management, getting your requests fulfilled, and communication to tenants -- they are unsatisfactory.
