Overall good experience. Had a complete system installed in my 2011 Camaro - difficult car to replace head unit and requires a special dash kit that must integrate with many car functions; i.e. A/C, Fan, Temp, Heated Seats, Door locks, steering wheel controls, USB port in arm rest, etc.
In keeping this review as honest and objective as possible, I will mention that when I got the car home, I figured out that many of the dash kit buttons were not working properly, affecting A/C, heated seats, defroster, etc. I spoke with the owner Dave who went out of his way to ensure my car would have priority the next day, despite a full workload they already had scheduled. Dave even shifted personnel from another location to ensure they had enough staff to free up the tech who worked on my car.
After a few hours they had all functions working - there was a programming issue that had to be addressed. Again, complex stuff because the stock Camaro system is a pain to replace and the required dash kit must integrate significantly with major functions of the car.
I would recommend Audio Connection to friends and family and will definitely use them again in the future.
