The service here is terrible, they has me wait two and half week to advise me that my daughter's frame was not covered by her insurance and I would have to pay $150.00 out of pocket. They also lost the frames I brought in which cost over $300.00(which my insurance doesn't cover) and offered to reimburse me by offering a (free) pair that my insurance does cover, no apologies, no explanation. I would advise anyone thinking of coming here not to bother as they are careless and irresponsible and do not care about their customers. It was the first and last time there and the women at the counter are rude and haughty.
