As the HOA President for a community managed by Sentry Management, I wanted to share what a positive impact having Sentry on board with us has meant. We have a few residents that unfortunately no matter what is done, are unhappy. When we made the switch to Sentry over a year ago, I was very forthcoming to our Community Manager about these individuals. She had gone out of his/her way to work with these individuals in an effort to ensure their concerns are being adequately addressed. She has done a fantastic job, and we still have a small number who will complain about anything. However great strides have been made with the other individuals and I am so appreciative. It really has made everyone?s life here easier. Thanks Sentry.
