Instructor was courteous and helpful in the driving lessons and gave a good pre-licensing class at their school - same teacher at class as in car. You have to pay attention but it really helps, especially if you'll be driving in the city (and they're in upper Manhattan so it would have to be). I took the road test in New Rochelle and passed first try! Fair prices too, got 1/2 off the class cause I'm a student.
