Took my vehicle in to have a section of the seat replaced, upon return of the vehicle the heated seat option did not work. When the vehicle went in to the shop everything was in working order. Owner did not feel that they had caused the problem. $300 later with a phone call that went along the lines of ""by the way the part cost $150, I'm charging you $150 for labor and your vehicle is ready. Where was the authorization? Stay away!! Take your vehicle to a reputable shop and not a smoke filled private garage.
