This one is right behind Harris Teeter near Ballantyne Common Pkwy across from BP gas station. I went there for an oil change and brake inspection. I was first in line and the the man behind the counter called the lady behind me instead of me. I told him that I was infront of her and he had to serve me but he looked a little bit upset that his friend was serving this nice lady instead of him. The man quoted me $40 dollars for an oil change + tax and I showed him my $10 off coupon valid until next month. He did not even look at the coupon and told me ""it is a package price"". I told him I just simply wanted an oil change, no tire rotation or whatsoever don't you honor your own coupon? He shaked his head and still didn't even look at the coupon. You know why? because they knew that it was their bait to bring you in. I went to read more about these place and felt happy that I did not have them serviced my car. Otherwise, I could be ending up like customer Mackenzie2010 described.
