My husband & I used to go to Courtney's at least 3 to 4 times a month. After the last two awful visits, I would only go back if it was the only place left open. The BBQ now has an overly-smoked, almost burnt, chemical taste to it and the hushpuppies are little overly fried squiggles of greasy yuck. On our last visit, my husband's chicken and fries were dark brown (either over fried, or worse - re-fried leftovers). This place used to be the standard for great BBQ but has seriously gone downhill.
