I had my Fridge go out on a Friday morning. After calling Sears and being told they could get me a technican in 20 days, I asked for another name. They gave me First App Service team's number. I explained that I had 2 little kids and was really going to struggle without a fridge for the weekend. The tech came out in 2 hours and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. He was cordial, honest about the repair, and cleaned up after himself. I'd use this company again.
