I have been a customer of 5th Street Tire for the past few sets of tires. This summer I got new tires and had to go to get an alignment. When I went to pick up my car from the alignment shop, the whole front bumper had been ripped and a frame and light were also broken on the front of my beautiful Jaguar! The alignment shop said basically too bad, but 5th Street immediately sent an insurance adjuster out to estimate the damage. They let me go to any shop I selected, allowed them to use all new parts and also paid for me to have a rental car while the work was being done. No questions asked, no hassle. There is no question who I will give my business to in the future. This company is a good, honest company with good prices and superior customer service
