Not sure what in the heck the other reviewer's father saw. I personally know the owner and she would NEVER EVER EVER allow anything like that to happen in her shop!
I have taken my eight dogs there for over 12 years. My dogs are happy when they are there, they come home happy, they get along WONDERFULLY with every one of the groomers.
