Your staff wasn't able to resize an image for me, which takes about five seconds I would think. They then sent a refund but my bank wouldn't give it to me because they claimed that your company didn't void the transaction. I don't know if this was an error of the bank or your company to be honest. Either way it was a horrible experience and I went with other printers.

Sorry for your bad experience. We couldn't resize your image because it was low resolution and it would print jagged and blurry. As for your refund we voided the transaction so your bank or credit card should have not processed the order or refunded your account.
