It wasn't really the ""vision center"" in particular that I hated...it was the doctor and his rudeness towards his customers. I made an appointment and had to cancel due to something unexpected. I called an hour before my appointment and apologized for the cancellation and tried to reschedule. I talked to the doctor himself and was lectured like a 5 year old on how it is disrespectful and unfair to other customers for me to cancel an appointment because he only has an hour to fill the gap...I couldn't believe my ears. He belittled me the entire conversation. I told him that it was something unexpected and I'd like to reschedule for the following week...he said that I could and the convo ended. An hour later he calls my cell phone back and leaves a voicemail saying that I was not ""allowed"" to reschedule because I had cancelled on such short notice and that I needed to quote ""take my business elsewhere""...needless to say, I will not be returning to that Walmart anytime soon. This deserves a negative star..
I would, however, like to say that the ppl that work in the visoin center part (where you choose your eyeglasses and such) are wonderful ppl! There's a guy with glasses that works there and has always been so friendly and nice to everyone...you can tell that he really enjoys what he does. When I called to complain one of the vision center techs answered the phone and apologized on the doctors behalf...very good ppl.
