There are always two sides to every story. What this customer left out is she climbed the gate which was locked and broke into our tow trucks trying to find something to use to break the lock so she could take her car without paying. I have it all on video and I could have pressed charges to have her arrested for trespassing as well as charges for damages to the property, but we did not. I can only doubt her story is half true, seeing I have it all on video and her story doesn't match 100%.
On another note I spoke to my drivers and reminded them that no matter how impolite or ill-mannered a customer is they are still a customer and I would like them to be treated with respect. Thank you.
