I called in a few weeks ago after the big storms hit. William Baugman was so quick to come out. He called me the day after I called in and came out the next day. I know they had to be busy, but they still had a quick response. He gave me the estimate and the price was great but I figured I would call a few other people and compare. William encouraged me to do so but also warned me to do my research on them. I looked at the others but their deals just couldn't match Hick's price!
I signed the paperwork a few days later and William had their roof crew out the first of the week. I was amazed when they told me they could get the whole roof done in one day. So now I have a beautiful new roof, with a 5 year no leak warranty, and best of all no leaks! I think my roof looks best out of everyone on my block!
