my basement was flooded today and i could not think of anyone (nothing came out from my mind first except for roto-rooter). i know about them through tv show ""undercover boss"". well i called the nearest office and there was a vey polite response at the other end of the line. She was courteous and took my information immediately after i told her my concerns. she told me that she'll send someone immediately to fix my problem. she said that it will take 30 minutes to 45 minutes for the plumber to be in my house. but it did not take too long for jack to come over and check my concern. Jack, the plumber, came and took a look at my sum pump. i think he is from the gurnee area or was it glenview illinois. he showed me and my wife what he would do and told us how much it would cost everything. what was nice about him was that he gave a good discount for the replacement and labor of the unit. after we told him the job plan was ok for us, he jump into the action and fix our unit without delay. he did a good job in fixing the whole thing. i was completely satisfied with the job he did. he said he want to do it right the first time and that exactly what he did. i am one of the satisfied customer again. thank you for the great service. by the way jack did offer some stuffs for the pipes. it think it was good but i have to buy it later since it was an unexpected expense we have today. for reference by the way i got this invoice number 25 16594444 for today's date March 09, 2012.
