In reading the other reviews, my experience was completely different. I dealt with Michael in regards to my new Camry SE and I have to say that I was pleasantly suprised at the attention to detail and also his compassion for my wants and needs. He made buying a new car simple and easy, but most importantly I didn't have to deal with all the back and forth that usually goes on.
