I moved here over 10 years ago. Purchased a home with a water softener. I didn't know what it was. Never heard of hard water. I called the company it came from, but all I got was a call center. They were not very helpful or friendly. A friend from church told me about Affordable Water. Even though my system did not come from their company, they were able to service my unit and even help with my drinking water filter. The service technicians and the office staff were very knowledgeable and honest. If in the future I ever need a new water softener or drinking system, I know who to call!
