I have never been so disapointed with a salon's customer service. I called with questions and the girl I spoke to was so rude and when I went in to the salon later that week - I was treated the same way. I have been to many high-end salons, all over NC, and this is not one of them. Please - save yourself the trip and go somewhere else!
