My experience started out pleasant however quickly changed when I got noisy neighbors. I complained several times to the office and nothing happened and are still noisy to this day. Upon termination of my lease the apartment staff informed me that I owed them money due to not turning in my notice exactly "1 month" prior to moving out. After I had already given them verbal notice and prepaid 2 months rent so I would not have to come back in. I had planned on moving out the 18th and was going to give the keys back early as well. I tried to tell them that I was unavailable to turn it in on the first and that the 6th was the soonest I could. NO SYMPATHY! 23 days was not enough notice for them apparantly. Even though I was doing them a favor by giving them a couple months rent in advance and the keys back early they would not waive fees. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!! 2 thumbs down for Indian Lakes Apartments!
