Neil Katz is a dishonest business man, and has ZERO regard for child safety. His shady workers delievered my 5 year olds loft bed (it only took 3 months to get) and due to laziness installed one bolt for every 2 required, and took the extra bolts with them. I was not at home when it was installed & the missing pieces were from the side of the bed against the wall. When I noticed (within 1st week) and called him he said he would send me the missing bolts. It's now months later. My daughter's expensive bed might as well be tossed out as it is not safe in it's current state. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM NEIL KATZ!!!!
