Completely the worst dentist...Moved to Lafayette a few years ago and my family and I have gone to Colleen (now Farabee Dental, formerly Smiles Plus) since we moved here. Every visit was a complete pain...we kept going because it is challenging to find a new dentist.
However,I've had enough. Colleen (the dentist) tries to sell you something every time you come in and tries to charge you for extra things you dont really need...but the icing on the cake is the riduculous wait they put you though.
I went in for a simple cleaning and repair issue and waited over an hour in the chair before asking what was taking so long - they told me that they were busy and the dentist would be at least another 30 minutes...can you imagine. Waiting almost an hour and 45 minutes to see the dentist!!!!!!
Was furious and left ...this has happened to me and 3 other people I know several times there. THEY SUCK.
