The first thing Travis did when he arrived at my home was hand me his card and introduce himself. He then told me exactly what he was going to do. I had several pet stains and some he said may not come out....but they all came out! He also was able to get rid of a stain left by a plant that another carpet cleaner wasn't able to remove. Travis, was very professional and I will definetly hire him again!
