I only wished I researched and found the reviews about this company;it would have saved me time and money.\r
Florist does horrible work, missed Valentine's guaranteed delivery date and did not return calls,emails or even give a courtesy call to aplogize despite the fact that they had my home and cell numbers along with my address and email!!! Flowers were delivered a day late-day after Valentines looking like it had been outside in 90 degree weather. Petals had fallen off and roses were drooping.\r
This company should be SHUT DOWN!!!! 90% pecent of the reviews are bad and the other 10% clearly written by employees or the owner in a sad attempt to hide the truth.\r
These people need a class on business management and customer service, but the truth is that they dont care.Once the take your money the send you crap then do not respond to calls or emails or even have the nerve to curse at customers.\r
I suggest everyone reports them to the BBB and all other cons
