I moved here from out of state sight unseen after having a long conversation with one of the rental agents reassuring me of the quiet and safety of the complex.
When I arrived, my place was very clean, I don't hear my neighbors (perhaps they are the quiet respectful type') and any issues I have for maintenance are addressed quickly.
I never have a parking issue, even being on the main road it is relatively quiet except for the occaisional overly loud car stereo.
Overall I would highly recommend River Chase!
