This a short story about customer service. I really do not know a lot about Peco Campers as an organization but I do know them for how they treat customers. Here are a few of my experiences. \r \r #1\r My history with Peco began after I moved to Atlanta and I purchased a small Coleman popup from them. I really do not know the exact date but I may have in the late 80s or early 90s. They were still located in downtown Tucker and I assume I was dealing with one of the owners when I purchased the camper. In 1994 I had to have the wheel bearing greased and had Peco perform the service. I had just lost my job and decided to go on a hunting trip to Talbot County GA. When I arrived at the campsite the wheel bearing on the axle had burned out and the axle was about to slide out of the axle housing. I found a local shop that patched it back together and I think the cost was about $350. When I got home I called Peco and was told the work was done by a contractor and they failed to repack the bearing more
