At first, Extermco Pest Control was really good. The tech would come and spend lots of time with us, and he was friendly and thorough. He always made sure he hit all the spots he needed to hit.
But whenever they switched their technicians, I think the original guy retired or moved on, it became a little less personal. The whole thing was a little more of a do your job and get out ordeal.
Justin did make it right, though. He personally came out and sprayed our yard for us and put my faith back in the company. I should also note that when we moved, they said they would waive the initiation fee and gave us the monthly special because I had been a customer of theirs for a long time.
