Not sure how this place is getting all these rave reviews, but I have a hunch...
This place is nothing more than a giant marketing machine. The service is awful. They charge you for service regardless of what your insurance says it will cover.
There is always a long wait, and when your daughter goes back to be worked on there are always open chairs and workers standing around.
""Dr. Lach"" seems to be nothing more than a phantom, because the entire time my daughter went there she saw him exactly once. And all he did was look into her mouth, and then ask, ""How are you going to pay for this?""
We were told up front that they would knock 25 percent off our total bill, but then after we committed that 25 percent ended up being our insurance deduction.
My wife has called numerous times to discuss our latest bill and no one returns calls. Once they have you money, the people in this place do not give a crap about you.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Yes Oviedo, there ARE other options.
