They confirmed the appointment for 7:00AM, in advanced, and arrived early! They charged an hourly fee, but the client gets to start the clock----- they unloaded the packing materials, got organized, toured the home, and discussed our special needs before starting the clock. The team of 3 movers carefully and quickly packed the entire home. Besides being careful, they asked appropriate questions about how to label boxes, how we wanted clothes packed (folded or hung); they used some of our left-over packing materials.
