I had visit Noggins, because I needed a different Hair stylist. Noggins is close to where I live. I have ran into problems in the past were the stylist at other places would cut my hair to short or it didn't come out how I explained. I explained what I wanted and the stylist at Noggins did an excellent job!!!! Very pleased! I will be returning here in the future! My stylist was Ashely I would recommened her to anyone.
