This is the way to sell a home in 2012. All I can say is Joe Manausa told me our home would sell in 4 to 14 days, and boy was he right. More than 20 people looked at our home in the first week, it’s like everything we heard about it not being a seller’s market just wasn’t true. If I ever have to sell another home, it will be with Century 21 in Tallahassee.
