I greatly appreciated the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. In the past, though various optometrists were listed as in the network for my insurance, I would find that extra charges were tacked on, beyond that which was covered. East Orange Eye Care is genuinely a provider - there were no hidden costs for the eye exam; my bifocals were fully covered by the allowance; and obtaining my contact lenses was no problem. Before I was referred to East Orange Eye Care, I'd searched in vain, through my providers' guide, for answers to basic questions - where the staff here helped me with all concerned in record time.
