I called Kiwi to have my sofa cleaned. They called when they were on the way and gave couple things to do before they arrived. They also mentioned that gratuity is not included. They were friendly but I must say I wasnt happy with the cleaning job. There were still plenty of stains visible after they left. I will not use them again.
