Once upon a time, we awoke to a non-operational garage door, you guessed it, a broken spring! Our cars were locked in, my husband had to drive a ""loaner"" to work. I called Girard's around 9:30am. Customer service; excellent. Christina was very patient with all my questions. By 4:30pm, Jason was ringing the doorbell. Very knowledgeable, explained in detail the problem, the solution, cost and worst case scenario if we did not repair it correctly. In the end, we had him do the additional work and the door opens/closes like a charm! Thank you for the 10yr warranty too!
