Called in a to-go order, told it would be ready in 15 min. When I got there was made to wait about 30. Lasagna was COLD.
Their customer comment form at their site is a waste of time. No one responded even though I requested a response. Not even an email.
Not the first bad experience here, but it will be my last one as I'm not going back.
