I really wanted to find a activity for the entire family to do that was fun, and not sitting in front of the TV, where we can really bond together. So, when i saw that Personal Mastery Martial Arts lets the family train together, I thought it was perfect, I have 2 sons. So, every week my sons are looking forward to do 'family defense training' as we call it. The instructors are very good, patient. You should check into it too! Great bonding experience
