I've rented from this company for some time and many of their rentals are bedbug and cockroach infested. They knowingly rent to illegals and background checks are often skipped on their tenants. Many of the properties have high crime and high amount of illegals. If you have problems and report then they will instantly go on the defensive and do anything they can to prove you wrong, when much less energy could be wasted just fixing the problem. The head of their complaints department is very rude and unprofessional and will often leave you waiting weeks for a reply. I've had bedbugs in my home and haven't been able to get Vista to even acknowledge the problem much less fix it. My walls are covered in cock-roach feces and at least once a night a lovely cockroach decides to bed with me. Their rentals are bottom of the barrel.
