my teenage daughter went in for a slight trim, she asked the stylist not to cut more then an inch or 2 at the most and not to cut it straight across like a ruler but with a slight ""U"" shape in the back, her hair was already long and all she had to do was cut more on the side and less in the center.how hard is that for someone who supposedly has a license to cut hair come on Frasada . my daughter is only 17 and was intimidated by the girl who didn't speak much English, she cut her whole hair at an angle shorter from left to right. it looked ridiculous . this place has really gone down the tubes, used to be good NO MORE ill never go back nor will she or any of her friends. hire people who understand English maybe that might help and don't take advantage of teenagers
