I needed my carpet cleaned. I was at work and my co-worker said he knew Jim who had a business in Kirkland. I have had other services come and do my carpet, but they never seemed really cleaned to my satisfaction. I called Clean and Fresh Carpet Care and Jim came out and did an amazing job. He got my carpets cleaner than ever. He even did spot treatments on some areas that I thought were just discolored areas, turned out it was dirt, and they no longer exist. I will be using him again.
