You are simply misinformed. Mezuzahs do not come with a scroll, and never have. Your lack of of knowledge, and willgness to leave negative reviews about other people's livelihoods without knowledge of what you review on, is rediculous. The owner probably had no idea you were unaware of the fact that mezuzot do not come with scrolls.\r

I have been to Boutique Judaica twice, and found it a perfectly acceptable place to shop...save the uninformed occassional shopper.
