I have had great experiances with other pet smart store groomers, but I will never take my dog back to the Pet Smart in Yonkers, They are iincompetent in reading the papers that were brought in for the rabies vaccination saying that my dogs vaccination had expired when it didnt. And after the Vet at Banfeild (their in house vet) told them thay were wrong, the arrogant manager still insisted she was right...took my dog groomed her, knowing she was wrong.....and still insisted she was right, NEVER NEVER again....
