Starting with the first phone call, the owner John took his time with both of us. We both had questions about his company and about the move. We didn't make a decision right away, but called back in a few days deciding to go with the smaller more personal moving company. The move itself went almost perfectly. One dresser did get scratched, but they came and picked it up, and had it fixed and brought back to us within one week. We had three workers and two full truck loads. We also had a lot of very heavy furniture. Two of John's workers we're quite large and were able to almost easily handle the heavy furniture!
