I called Roto-Rooter to come out and look at a leaking drain from my bathtub. The galvanized pipe had to be replaced (which I already knew). Dave came out and gave us an honest assessment of the problem, giving me an accurate cost and time estimate (he estimated it would take him three hours to completely remove the drain and add new PVC pipe and it only took him two hours). There was no pressure to sign a contact immediately. I have young twin girls and he was respectful of the noise volume, trying to get the loud work out of the way so they could go down for naps later. The job was completed with excellent worksmanship and Dave walked me through everything he did upon completion. If you need a plumber in the Detroit area I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter.
