We have used this Office Depot for about 6 years now. I can tell you that they have been a truly great business partner for us. I will not say there has NEVER been a mix-up, but they have worked very hard to help us in any way they can, and have gone above and beyond the call of duty many times to help us get a job done, or to get the supplies we need. They know us by name when we walk in, and their friendliness is apparent at all times! Every manager, from the store manager, to the printing department manager always stops to speak, and ask if they can help us. Thank you OFFICE DEPOT - SILVERLAKE! for being so helpful to us and our business. You get things done quickly, manage our little ""emergencies"" with a smile, and if there is ever a problem, you fix it with a smile!
